Error 90000. I haven't been able to play my character since august 24 and today's maintenance didn't fix my problem.

Time: August 24 2013

Frequency: Always

World name: Excalibur

Character name: Scarlet Rain

Class/Level: Archer 50

Party or solo: Solo

Area and coordinates: South Shroud, archer quest instance

Steps:

1. My character entered duty server for archer quest in south shroud.
2. Servers went down for maintenance while I was still fighting inside.
3. I kill last enemy and then I get into a loading screen followed by error 90000.
4. I wait for maintenance to finish, attempt to log in game and get error 90000.
5. I try to log in several times a day and I get the same error.
6. I try to log in with a new character and it works. Only Scarlet Rain seems affected.
7. I keep trying to log in every day after the incident but get error 90000, always.
8. I attempt log in on a completely different pc/isp/client but get error 90000 again.
9. I send several emails to support asking them to fix my character and they give me a reason that seems unrelated to my problem then tell me to try again later.
10. I try to log in after maintenance on 9/4/2013 and still get error 90000.

Email reply from support:

"We really do apologize for the trouble and inconvenience you have been experiencing with the error code. At this time, the error code is being given when the server has reached capacity. Unfortunately we are unable to assist directly with resolving the error. We encourage you to try again at a later time."

The reason given seems weird to me because I get error 90000 always, even after bypassing server queues or error 1017.

I still cant play after latest maintenance I'm really tired of sending emails and not getting any help...
