Invalid service Account - Change from win to ps3

Ok,
So i have spent the past week trying to log back on to the ps3 server and cant as it tells me i havent got an active service account for ffxiv.
I registered back in 2011 on the PC.

so to summarise what ive done so far:
I got a Hard copy from a store on release day
I registered it on SE and my 12 digit at psn
I linked my SE and PSN
I managed to play for 24 hours before it told me next time i logged in i had to subscribe.

Looking at my mog station, It says WIN when im assuming it should also say PLAYSTATION3. MY problem is, i have zero idea how to change/add it.

Ive contacted SE several times but they keep cancelling my ticket due to congestion.
I cant redeeem my 30 days (i have 13 remaining from last time i played)

Resolved. EB games handed out copies of the EU game, not with the registration codes.
