If it is an Early Access Account, (and by this, I mean she keyed in the early access key in order to get into the period) yes.
If it is a Beta Account with no Early Access Key, no.
If it is a Beta Account that got into the Early Access period because she keyed in her early access key, yes.

Actually a previous post has clarified that these accounts will also get the free 7 days. While I have not verified that personally, I guess you'd just have to wait to see if that's true.
