Black Mage needs a buff to allow casting while Moving.

In DDO you were able to cast everything on the move(not comparing the games, just loaning an idea from it). With big spells you still had cast bar but you were able to move while casting it; it just slowed you down.

The idea: No instant casts but slower movement when casting on the move. Perhaps? And not with all spells, perhaps with just few.

u serious? blm is fine, there is no change needed. if so all other jobs, especially melee ones need an update, did u know, that f.e. a drg cant use styles if the mob moves!

Black Mage is fine. maybe if you took the time to learn the fights and get your rotation down to mussle memory you wouldn't lose as much DPS as u think.
