Text does not scale in several areas on high resolutions

On high resolutions, certain text is not scaled according to the resolution with no option to increase the size of the affected text. I am running the game on 2560x1440 and I've managed to increase the font size on the chat box, but there is no option to scale the text on NPC chat bubbles, the graphic area where NPC text appears during cutscenes, and the text on map (this is especially bad as I have to squint to barely make out what it says)

Steps:
1. Set in game resolution to 2560x1440
2. Open Maps, look at npc chat bubbles and graphical npc text area during cutscenes.

I would like to confirm NPC dialog text is a problem as well. I play on a 46" TV at 1080p and the NPC dialog text is incredibly difficult to read.

Map text is difficult to read as it does not scale with the map box even though I can increase the size of the element.

The main menu (controller version) is also too small with no way to increase the size.
