Unable to log in with PC version

So,, aside from following all the suggestions on the list square enix gave for Windows crashes, I disabled my firewall on the xfinity router and within windows... I still get hung up at the load screen. Any other suggestions out there?

I still have yet to get any valid response on the ticket I created 2 days ago (other than the fluff acknowledgement). I know this issue is a combination of Windows 7, my computer, the game, and the settings.. The PS3 version works just fine, so the router isn't an issue, though I did try removing it's firewall and enabling port forwarding. Since SE is obviously incapable, are there any gurus out there that have experienced similar issues and can walk me through a work around?
