Possibility to open FFXIV up to a moddable UI?

Im talking about mods that help players, not doing things instead of them lol ...

That's what mods will be made, become standard then be forced onto players if they want to partake in x,y,z event, therefore, as Dr. Cox would say, nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

Simple UI design mods would do just fine, no gameplay tweaks.
