How to unlock Dzamael Darkhold? It's not in the main storyline, right?

You can unlock it with a GC quest.

I'd like to make a note that the Allagan weapons and armor are more side grades to the AF +1 and Relic +1. Some pieces seem to be better than others depending on which stats you want, but they do all have the same stat allotment.

Order of the Blue Garter are the source of all of my Binding Coil of Bahamut information, since they are pretty much the only ones who have actually done it, lol.
