How do you extend subscription?

Any of you guys know how to extend the subscription? I want to add another month game time to my account. I only have paypal so I can only use the crysta (via UltimatePay -> Paypal).

I tried this :
Mog Station -> Account Services -> Subscription Services -> Select Crysta

But all I got is this kind of screen, showing 0 Crysta



So I can't extend my subscription while my subscription is still active??

I've heard from others and looked into it a bit myself, but it's looking like you can't actually do anything right now. You can, however, add crysta to your account via the square enix account management (not just the FFXIV one) and I'm 99.999% sure they are drawn from the same account. I'm not sure why they have not implemented the payment system yet, as the 1.0 people were supposed to have their time up in just over a week (but that has now changed), but I'm sure it will be soon.

Thank you, it just stupid that we can't extend our subscription yet I see many people running around with Beady Eye, Voidal Resonator (Veteran Bonus for subscribing 90 days)

That's only possible for EU players using the prepaid 60 days time cards as those are adding the actual subscribtion days to your account upon redeeming them while in NA / US using the prepaid cards you'll recharge your Crysta instead and until your free period (14 / 30 / 60) days will expire it will not "charge" you for the next 30 / 90 / 180 sub hence you'll be unable to obtain the veteran bonus items until then unfortunatelly.

Also can you redeem EU Game time card on NA version of game?
