Unable to get any subscription rewards !!!

I wonder why I didn't receive any.. I already subscribed for 180 days continuous

but I saw many players have Ahriman mount that they receive after 90 days !!

Can someone help or explain??

It's because they have not charged you yet. You will obtain them after you get charged. For me, it says I will be billed on Sept. 17th. So I expect to obtain the rewards at that point in time. (1.0 CE non-legacy player)

You may put yourself down for a payment, but they won't take the payment until the game is no longer free, and they won't give you the in-game items until they get their cash.

Those that have their stuff already paid with timecards, and since that is taken immediately, they get their stuff immediately.

People already have Veteran Rewards from paying with Pre-Pay cards which were added to the account immediately. If you subscribe with a credit card, you will receive your vet rewards after the free period when your card is actually charged for the subscription and more time is added to your account.
