    You can "register" the game with the preorder code for early access so having under your se accounts means nothing. Is the code you enter the same code you used to register for the preorder? There should be a new code either emailed to you with your digital copy, or with your hard copy.

    Look under your active service accounts to see if the game subscription is active.

    Indeed, they suppose to send you another code which is for the full release. Check your E-Mail again.
