Experience parties on hard mobs teach me how to play my class, let me play my class, and offer slight challenges(needing to go faster and faster to keep chain for max exp/hour) and the ability to meet other players to run end game with.
AGREED!
Personally I hate the duty finder system in general due to the lack of actually having meaningful interactions but if they made it give out like 50k exp at the end (for lvl ~40 anyway) it would do a lot to bring dungeons more in line with fate grinding.
