Not nice, not trustworthy, let me down. Explanation why below.

I joined two weeks back after one member was shouting for "Static caster players to do Coil turns 1-4", since my main is BLM I joined.
It was a small FC and myself with another Summoner where the two new guys filling up the two last spots for the first (and only) coil group of the FC.
We joined up, the leader gave us the raid times (Tue-Wed-Thu from 5:30PST to 9:30PST) and the following tuesday we started right on time. We got to turn 4 pretty easily but lag was pretty bad at the time (it was the day after the 2.05 patch, where everyone was getting 90k'd) and me and the summoner died couple times to ADS's laser cannon which didn't "please" the other members, I'd say.

Despite that we got to T4 on tuesday and spent the other days of raiding tackling T4. On the third day (thursday) I had an appointment and was late about 40m to the raid, which I warned them hours before it actually began. Again, I reckon this didn't please them.
Both the leader and the guy who recruited me told me "this couldn't be a recurring thing" cause they were very strict with their times. I told them it was a one time thing and assured then I would not be late again. I then proceeded to chat a bit with leader via /tell who told me he was a pretty "laid back" person, so that gave me some confidence they wouldn't kick me out just because of that.
So the summoner had issues positioning his pet on T4 and we never managed to beat it during our raid time.
All good, I personally thought we had done a pretty good progress (getting up to only 1 Dreadnaught alive before tank died).



When next tuesday came and I showed up for the raid I learned that the summoner was no longer in the group and that the rest of the group had beaten T4 with some other guys on sunday. Well, sounded fishy but ok.
We started the raid with a Monk in place of the previous SMN and we beat turns 1-4 in about 1 hour, on like our third try. I thought we did great.

Couple days later on that week I notice three of them get into an argument on FC chat because they were trying to sell Titan HM kills and failed. So tank blamed healer and vice-versa (name calling things like "retard"). I was doing my crafting so I just sat there reading them spilling hate on text.



Next tuesday, week 3, I have a meeting 1 hour before raid starting time which I rush just so I wouldn't disappoint the group and be late (and I was sure I would be replaced if I didn't show up.)
So there I was, playing the game 30 min before raiding starting time and everyone but last week's monk was there. We waited 50 min for him to come and to my disbelief when he finally arrives they invite him and then send me a message saying that "sorry, we got one more this week you're gonna have to sit this one out".
I obviously don't get it and ask why is that happening, why didn't they warn me beforehand if I played every single day of that week and was online on that same day for hours earlier.
I tell them I spent days farming for ingredients to do 200 food items to give me some edge in the coming weeks and all I get is one guy saying "you should give me your food items then".
What I then get is just silence on the FC chat. One guy (who recruited me) just repeats "sorry, you'll have to sit this one out" without giving any further explanation. After I complained more and more the tank finally speaks and just says that "this happens everytime in FCs" and that I should "go complain in PMs, bb".

They proceeded to do coil,I quit the FC and here I am, just sharing my experience with them.
They were never nice, never said not even a "good night" even though I would every single time and kicked the SMN a week before, I should've realized I would be next.

TL;DR: If you're looking for a FC with nice people AND/OR professional when it comes to raiding, you better look elsewhere.

I'm sorry things didn't work out and you felt the need to leave as well as post in these forums. Personally, I like you and I'm sorry you left. For what it's worth, I hope you find a FC that you are happy with because, really, that's the most important thing.
