looking for chat support? look no further!

hey guys I wanted to share this with everyone since a lot of people were looking for a way to get to chat support rather than just the email option.

and here's how you do it.

step 1: go here: https://support.na.square-enix.com/c...hp?id=496&la=1

step 2: here is where things get tricky. on this page whether or not you get chat as an option depends on the issue. I know for sure in the check boxes selecting: Account / Billing in the first box and Additional Services in the second box and then your reason for contacting them in the "Contact Details:" box and then click next.

step 3: click next again and the next page should have the option for not just email support but also chat support.

BUT BEWARE: ive been at the chat screen since 9am this morning and it goes through que and when its my turn it simply says "there are no agents available, please try again later."

however.. this is how you get to chat support. good luck everyone!

title pretty much says it im curious if this maintenance will fix the ques? if the server capacity stays the same for the existing servers not a lot of people are simply just going to remake their characters... so then I ask if there if there is not an increase in capacity will a courteous 1 time server transfer be made to the inhabitants existing servers to alleviate congestion for us?

They have announced several times that the upgrades will include upgrading current worlds to hold higher Online connections and therefore allow even larger communities than are currently being allowed on those worlds. in addition to splitting the duty finder AND adding new worlds to the server list.

This happend to me today but on my second try it worked also the person I talked to asked me next time I connect to chat support that I shouldn't use chrome because it was causing problems

thanks for the advice sadly I was using internet explorer.. so they must just simply be too busy.. im hoping with the server fix a lot of people are no longer on there lol
