let's say the GCD is 2.5 for all these abilities, your macro spam/rotation would be something like this:

/ac "True Strike"
/wait 2.5
/ac "Demolish"
/wait 2.5
/ac "Bootshine"
edit: and you click the macro once until the whole serie of abilities activated to avoid the problem you mentioned.

Decimals no longer seems to work, so 2,5seconds becomes 3 seconds.
