Frozen Eye in Manor dungeon

Class: THM 29
Server: Phoenix
Time: 1AM EST
Problem:
Duty Finder run of level 28 Manor dungeon at the end when you fight the Eye its to not die and go upstairs for a CS but ours last night did not. It was stuck at 1/2 health on the stairs Immune to every thing.

That was my first run for that dungeon for this Char.

Leader put a GM call in but that was way off hours and could of been a long Que we waited 20 min then we all quit that instance.

I had this occur four times. The other issue that I had in this dungeon was the inability to pick up the bloody parchment and so i couldnt break the seal.
