    Forum Rules?

    Ok can anyone point me to where the hell they are because I can't find them and am getting sick of all the random errors I am getting. Apparently I can make like 3 posts a day and only one new topic and am really limited on message length. Of course I've seen messages WAY over 1000 chars and see people posting tons. I guess its some stupid level system but I can't find anything that explains it so if someone could point me towards it that would be great.

    Thank you very much Kairgon, couldn't find that for the life of me. Can't say that I like the rules and this 1000 chars this is probably gonna have me abandoning this forums out of frustration very soon but at least now I know.
