The worst of mine was kicked for doing DPS as a healer, The Tank complained that he was in a perpectual state of less than 75% HP, and kicked me for not keeping him topped off

I've had similar experiences in Sirius HM. I'm sorry but DPS should be able to take care of a few adds quickly then jump to the boss. That's not saying healers can't help, but like Miyha said, our jobs are already hard enough without having to throw in other roles as well. I'm happy to help with adds when I know the tank/party is alright. And yes, people just can't handle advice. I've given healers advice before that I notice are doing alright in lower level things (such as Garuda EX) but may be doing things that they will learn won't fly in higher content. I got a reply from a healer that would literally medica anytime ONE person lost a little bit of health. They said "I got this but thanks." I merely told them that using medica 2 and cure should be enough to heal the party at least in the beginning phases. Though to be fair, it was DF Garuda EX so... yeah. lol I've been through the early stages of healing and I get it can be frustrating having a higher level/geared person telling you you're doing your job wrong (or at least that's what it sounds like to the new healers) but come on. It's advice, we're trying to help cause we know, we been there, we done that.
Neverreap: Duty Roulette. WHM. And ...actually not appropriate for this thread...until Wakkeon. This oversized Sanuwa and its adds were sapping my MP dry and I had a burgeoning dread that I would be running on Fumes (read: Cure 1) by the end. The run in general took longer than usual with Canu Vanu and his damn totems, but my MP wasn't crying as hard as it did at the end of the dungeon
On a side note. I know how to alternate Assize and Shroud, something I did to great effect in trying to keep MP high

Sometimes the evil spirit of MP Drain possess my little lalafell body too. Mainly on DF A2. I don't know why, while on some runs I end up the fight with 50% MP and Shroud out of CD (even though I DPSed a lot with Holy and Aero 3), sometimes I lose so much MP that I have to wait to cast a Cure.Neverreap: Duty Roulette. Not so much a horror story as a minor frustration, but I ran Void Ark today. All went well enough, happily dpsing away during most of the fights... But really, would it kill people to stack up whenever possible? Or at least be on the same side of the room? And the other part... The stupid howling wolves can be interrupted! I have Selene out just so I can do it if the tank won't, but why do the other two howls always go through?! D:

Since I was DPS in the run in question, this isn't really a healer horror story from my point of view, but still. So I queue for Stone Vigil as Monk. Warrior, Ninja and Astrologian as team mates, everyone seems friendly. One wipe before the first boss, healer then asks tank to pull more, but whatever. I don't notice any buffs until the first boss where the tank gets a Ewer. Weird, I think, but maybe a misclick, but then I see the tank get EVERY buff there is, no exception. No Royal Road and no Spread either, which I can take (sorta), but being so lazy as to not buff the DPS with the proper cards? Halfway to the second boss, we wipe again, and the healer asks the tank to use proper cooldowns, which she did. So I take the opportunity to ask if us DPS could get Balance and Arrow instead of the tank, and guess who protests? The tank, saying that Warriors do good dps. Maybe at 60, but in Stone Vigil at level 41? No, I say, at this level, DPS should get Balance and Arrow, with casters being the priority for Arrow. Tank says I'm not the Astro, and that the healer plays just fine and that I'm not getting any buffs because of my attitude (hadn't said anything except "hello" before, and the ninja didn't get any buffs either, so...). Don't wanna risk getting kicked, so I keep my mouth shut, but man was I angry. Yet another wipe before the final boss, notice now that the healer is solely using Benefic and not Benefic II, not even in big pulls. Told the healer/tank to read an Ast guide before I quickly left after we finished. Not the first time this has happened either, which is scary.

Unless the DPS i have are truly terrible, a warrior will never be the recipient of a single target balance or arrow from me. Usually these are far better off given to the DPS, who, you know, do damage as their primary responsibility. To be honest, it sounds like the AST and WAR were playing together. That and the AST sounds terrible.Since I was DPS in the run in question, this isn't really a healer horror story from my point of view, but still. So I queue for Stone Vigil as Monk. Yeah, sometimes you just can't reason with DF people, and when you try, the response is usually negative. Also, I checked both of them on the Lodestone, different servers, so they were most likely strangers, which makes the Warrior's reaction all the more strange. But I guess she just thought too highly of her tank DPS.Unless the DPS i have are truly terrible, a warrior will never be the recipient of a single target balance or arrow from me. The priority for me with cards is
Balance: DPS
Arrow: DPS
Bole: Tank
Ewer: Healer (mostly myself), and BRD
Spear: Either myself, NIN, another AST or just RR it (RR being most common)
Spire: RR, unless that's already used, then Melee
But that's just me. I know that certain cards have niche uses. and some of it changes depending how the individual members play, but this is on a general basis
