Shouldn't the pre-orders told you how many wouldn't be able to play???

Shouldn't you have already known how many users were going to log into the game just by looking at the pre-order numbers and number of legacy users?

You boast the highest ever number of beta registrants and then STILL underestimate?

I have zero faith this will be resolved anytime soon... I ordered two copies of CE (1 PC & 1 PS3) and to this day only one of them has arrived. After a useless automated response, followed by a cut & paste "try asking the post office" response I have little faith I'll even get the other CE as they are out of stock and it's already going for double original price on Ebay.

Half of the friends I hyped the game about can't even make characters to play with me either. After playing FFXI and FFXIV 1.0 I can say for certain SE makes the best games and then supports them the worst.

And servers such as Arthas were still damn near unplayable for 6 months. What is your point or are you one those people who picked up the game a year into it forgetting many of us were there for that launch. Day 1, WoW had issues with servers and I have some of the queue games people made as jokes for proof.

MMOs always have issues with launches because of how hard it is to just estimate the right amount of severs for the people will truly be playing long term. The login servers can rarely handle the hammering of people dying just to play that first month. RIFT, SWTOR, TSW and even GW2 all had issued and people raging for the first weeks or months. While it is great that you are passionate about the genre if you can't be patience this isn't the place for you OR don't play during launches. We will see you in 2-3 months once issues have mostly been taken care of and the population normalizes out.

Actually SWTOR had a pretty smooth launch. I was playing it since the pre-release, and don't recall any problems anywhere near this bad. I can't speak for the others since I didn't play them at launch.

I guess I was extremely lucky. Cause I had no issues at all. The only thing I remember people complaining about on my server was the lack of real space travel.

I posted something to this effect today too.

What really throws me is that the maintenance update thread was last updated a month ago.(English). Not to mention, the last time that this happened, shouldn't there be a single thread where ALL USERS GETTING 1017, so thy can get an idea how MUCH they need to expand.

Let's conveniently forget they've launched and managed at least 3 MMOs in the past 11 years including FFXI, FFXIV 1.0 and Dragon Quest X, not to mention a couple of smaller ones like Wakfu and browser games, so I'll just call you entitled and tell you to give them a chance because there's no way they could have predicted this because this is their very first MMO.
