A Friend in Need of unlocking Account

Hello,

I have a friend in need of getting into the game. He has been locked out of the game for 1 week and has no access to the forums or game so I am creating this post in hopes of a dev. responding.

My friend's game name is Bittereye Azurial and he is on the Hyperion Server. He submitted a Trouble Ticket a week ago with no response and has also been on hold with SE for over 3 hours only to have them close while on hold.

His situation is dealing with the Security Token on his phone; he switched phones and didn't record the Emergency password down back when the app first released. Now he has a new phone but the app will not work so he his now locked out of the game until the Token is removed from his account.

He asked that anyone from our Free Company assist in creating a post on the forums so we can have him back in the game asap. Thanks for any help you guys/gals can provide.

I'm sorry to hear of your friends problems, but unfortunately, apart from 1 or 2 instances which affected multiple people, SE hasn't been replying to technical issues on these forums.

He needs to keep trying to contact them via their support methods which unfortunately are all very overloaded at the moment with the other issues.
