The first sentence:
At the following time, we will be performing emergency maintenance on Japan Data Center Worlds to restart servers as a temporary countermeasure against server congestion and to fix the data of characters unable to log in due to the 90000 error. During this period, the Worlds listed below will be unavailable.

Wha... Does this problem only exist and is acknowledged in Japan? And why are the [NA] and [EU] tags ONLY contain messages about the JP servers? Like WTH? Post JP messages by the JP reps in the JP forums and post information regarding NA by the NA reps with the [NA] tags, inferring that the message refers to [NA] servers. No, not English, when the tags say [NA] or [EU] they are talking about servers, not languages.

the JP servers didn't have any problems till the NA/EU players started to flood their servers, the first line just says they were at the point where we were @ launch, hence the maintenance (we had one like this before)

That is a typo. They stated earlier in the week that they were doing server maintenance for these issues on all the data centers. Which means both JP and NA/EU. They already acknowledged their mistake and corrected it in another thread. It was in the dev tracker at one time.

Rest assured, NA/EU is getting the exact same maintenance right now.

Reading comprehension is a lost art... This is not regarding maintenance on the fourth, click the link. This was over the weekend, where they restarted servers solely to remove congestion (to remove the AFK players). But sure, don't even read the opening post and write a message...

who cares stuff is currently getting fixed nuff said. and even if they restart na/eu servers it woulda made it worse. because so much more players play on na/eu it would of crashed servers from all the ppl logging at once. like everyone else as said u need to read the letters and annoucements before making these silly threads. lol yoshi stated this. is why they did not restart the server constantly.

that means there less people playing in japan if they couldnt hit the load themselfs and there was always a problem.
