2. Make it possible to gather dark matter, and to repair other people's gear. Besides, there's a lot of people in this forum who have repeatedly said that the best gear is dungeon drops and so you don't need crafted gear - enabling gathering glasses to get dark matter, and crafting classes to repair other people's gear, would go a long way towards increasing their relative relevancy.

On second thought, dungeon rewards should probably be increased to where you will, on average, break even on each run when it comes to repairs if you pay an npc to do them. If someone feels that running dungeons and raids is fun and that crafting isn't, then by all means, let's not force them to pick up a craft to get by - and this is coming from someone who's sunk most of their levels so far into DoL and DoH classes. The great thing is that this is a game, not reality; and it ought to be fun for everyone. You play it to escape reality for a while, not to treat it as a second job.
