Cracked materia bug encountered in phase 4

I contacted a gm and they directed me to post this here. I encountered a bug in phase 4 of the beta that made the cracked materia exchange at the Calamity Salvager NPC very confusing. When trying to sell or exchange materia I would get one of two messages: "Exchange 5772 the fire crystals for 1 the __ Materia" or "Exchange 5772 the gil for 1 the __Materia" . I was trying to find the option to exchange the cracked materia in my gear for the Tomestone currency but it was very confusing when I came across the aforementioned buggy dialogue. I ended up exchanging the materia melded in my gear for new materia and then trying to see if the issue was resolved and to see if after the exchange it might let me trade the newly melded gear for the tomestones but I had unknowingly stumbled across a point of no return in the cracked materia exchange process.

Everything seems to be working fine and the npc clearly states the correct exchange rates and currency now in early access. My problem now is that in the confusion my materia has already been exchanged in the beta and progress was saved leaving me with no option to do the very thing that I wanted to do in the first place which was exchange the materia for Tomestones.

I need to speak to a GM about this somehow. I've been trying to talk to anyone that I can on customer support and via email support but I keep getting the same copy and paste response to this issue. They say to post here in hopes of getting the issue escalated. The bug, as far as I can see, HAS been fixed since the official launch and even in early access, but since the game was saved WHILE the bug was in place I have no way to undo the exchange that I made at the Calamity Salvager as the options are extremely limited. What I'm requesting is not unlike what was done for players who had issues with the character creation for a returning legacy character in phase 4 of the beta. I want to escalate this issue and talk to a GM about helping me redo this process since I encountered the bugs I described in my post above.
