First rep (Thomas) gave me new code no problem (thanks for that)

2nd Rep (Ethan) called my game a paperweight and was not helpful at all

3rd rep (Thomas again) gave me a bum code to get me off the phone per his supervisor

On the third call where I asked for a supervisor, he wouldn't even get on the phone with me and Thomas stated "I'm sorry that I couldn't help you more, but I have went past my allowed time to help you." How does customer service have a time limit?
