To be honest I sent in a ticket starting at phase 4 about how it glitched out and didn't even let me change my character and I lost my character recreation. So I emailed SE, which took them a total of 5 days to reply just to say "well thank you for bringing this to our attention, we might not be able to fix your problem have a nice day." and then emailed me an email to fill out a survey of how I think they handled the problem. Then when I tried to call them the phone wouldn't even pick up. Least you got to a Rep.
