Just Hit Level 50. Need some advice and info.

I got off the game early. Positive help please.

So I just hit level 50, Paladin. I have 4.3k HP. I think I'm pretty great at tanking and learning positioning for myself and the boss/monsters.

I just need help with what I should do now. After I finish the story line quest, where would that lead? What would I recieve? I'm thinking of trying to get my weapon/shield asap. Any information would be helpful.

try getting the butchers crown or other acheivment items, they are blue items given for differnt thing, butchers crown is for kill 100k mobs. there is also one that is given for finishing all the combat classes to 50 as well.

Any ideal locations to farm the 100k achievement without too much trouble?

The highest density killing I've found thus far was in Northern Thanalan near CPP. There is a fate chain of 4 that spawns East of town. The first FATE will endlessly spawn fanatics and as long as you don't kill the particular FATE monsters they seem to respawn by the metric %$&!-ton.

Seems like a good place to ask another lvl 50 question. As far as a weapon - what is a good place to start? Still using Stone Vigil weapon, and wanted something new to go through AK with. As far as I can tell the GC weapons require AK to be completed.

Lol. Thanks for the info everyone. I thought there be another road path but it seems they all split off and such. And 100k? Is that 100k of the same monster? 100k of all the monsters we fought since level 1? 100k for one class/job? @.@

Tomberry king in WP drop green ilvl 55 wpn , manely darklight , you may wanna give it a go there , the place is cakewalk .

Follow these steps.

1) Get full AF, and then finish the main storyline. You obtain a mount but no other major rewards other than access to the next phases.
2) Find an armorer pal or simply find level 50 gear on the market - cobalt or tortoise stuff - that has PARRY on it. Do all content from this point on with the idea that you want to be constantly getting 100% spiritbond on this item, assimilate it into materia, and then equip another replacement of the same.
3) Watch an Ifrit hard video 2-3 times until you're comfortable with exactly how he works. Get some dps friends who'd otherwise be stuck in the queue for an hour without you, and go farm him until you get a blue weapon. (10 tombs per run.)
4) You should have enough seals for your first piece of Darklight at this time. Replace whatever accessory/etc is the worst on you.
5) Do wanderer's palace (50 tombs per run) or otherwise grind philosophy tombs until you get a second piece of Darklight.
6) Start the relic questline and then move into working on the Keep.
