I would be a beautiful feature if added sometime down the road. Actually nearly all player driven activites (expect open world full loot PVP) would be such a good addition and maybe get people to focus less on i.e. how many people you need to kill a certain NM.

I agree. That's what really impressed me about the companies back when they where first announced. Making your own homes / ls own buildings, boats, and airships. It entice players to pick up a hammer or saw etc .
