Actually, they are contracts at best, agreements at worst.The ToS and EULA are basically laws that every software has. People complain and feel entitled because they think they own the game when I was simply stating that wasn't the case. They can bitch, moan, whine and complain all they want but it really doesn't accomplish anything. What it works out to be is distracting to the people who are trying their hardest to fix the issue. You rest your case? Ha... Trolls make me laugh.
Now, contractual laws, consumer protections, etc. may determine whether portions of an EULA/ToS can hold up in a court of law---but those documents themselves are not "laws".
