ToS and EULA "well guys. says right here in the fine print of section a paragraph 34 sentence 3 that they don't have to let you play if they don't wanna. be thankful cause you have paid for an opportunity to play this. you should be kissing their feet." Yeah every company has those rules, but we're not talking about banning anyone or people saying they own the game. No one is arguing whether or not they can or can't do that. People are getting an error that they don't know why. You said it yourself. People have paid for the opportunity to play the game. I think some of them, in fact quite a few, are still waiting on that opportunity.

And that gives a right for people to never wonder why they are getting an error or how to correct the issue? It doesn't give another person the ability to complain that a product that they purchased from a company isn't working as it is intended too? A EULA and a TOS isn't something that is this shield that makes them go "haha you can't touch me you can't touch me. i can do this i can do this and you cant do nothing." They use it when they have to. They don't use it to abuse their own power and that is what you are arguing.

Nowhere in your original post did you say anything about the law. Again, no one is arguing about the law. People are complaining and people are wondering why. That is all that they can do just like you said. I rest my case.

Actually, they are contracts at best, agreements at worst.

Now, contractual laws, consumer protections, etc. may determine whether portions of an EULA/ToS can hold up in a court of law---but those documents themselves are not "laws".

Loosing your cool are you? You said "the law is on their side." so who is "the law." Can't be their laws. How can a part of you be on your own side. No, you keep switching your story up and now you're on the complete opposite side of what you were trying to prove by accident. I can/will never get any bit of reasoning from people like you at all. In your mind everyone, but square is at fault here. In my mind it's a mixture of both. No one is wrong and no one is right. Thank you for your insults. It clearly shows who won.

I'd like to post that this topic has derailed from the opening post. I'd like to apologize on my behalf and everyone else's. I hope this topic can go back on the right direction as it was intended too.
