Screenshots and dual monitors.

I run dual monitors on my gaming PC and am having some issues with taking a screenshot while running FF XIV in full screen mode. I press the PrtSc button, hear the "shutter click" sound, and then nothing. I have looked in my installation folder and there is no screenshots folder in there nor is there anything in my Pictures folder.

If I open up any imaging software and paste what is stored in the clipboard, it seems to be taking a screenshot for both monitors combined. I could work with this however the left half of the image, where the game screen should be, is solid black.

Any thoughts or ideas on how to fix this without disabling the second monitor?

Like I said, I would but since the portion of the image that would be the game is completely black that's not going to help much.
