2 Service Accounts...Please Merge

I was part of Beta...I used my pre-order code and played somewhat successfully during early access. However, on Friday of last week when I tried to log in it forced me to enter my redeem code from my PS3 disk. When I did, it created an additional service account. Now it won't let me access any of my characters from Early Access because they are in Service Account 1. I didn't intent to have 2 service accounts. The process never allowed me the option to NOT create a second service account.

Please merge my accounts. So far all attempts to submit a ticket have been unsuccessful.

Good luck, there is a lot of PS3 users waiting for this to be fixed.

Log in to your SE id, and create a ticket, than hopefully can get into chat support. So, can talk to someone to get the ticket escalated. Sadly, all you can really do, like the rest of us.

Just be careful what you put as the subject. they screen chat requests.

Yep...I submitted a ticket last Friday....still no response.
