    Good luck, there is a lot of PS3 users waiting for this to be fixed.

    Log in to your SE id, and create a ticket, than hopefully can get into chat support. So, can talk to someone to get the ticket escalated. Sadly, all you can really do, like the rest of us.

    Check out the thread, "registered 30 free days on wrong service account.." almost 700 pages of people talking about this..

    Just be careful what you put as the subject. they screen chat requests.
