    it's about as useful as opening a ticket, but it must be at least... twice as entertaining!!

    I'd say at the 57 second mark to the 1:20 mark is when that video can most relate to what the majority of the player base has been saying/thinking over the past week. The 1:39 mark onward is the part the SE defenders can relate to.
