The pressure to skip cut-scenes!

Im, watching cut scenes, real hard core FF fan here, I play to watch the story...Titan today was epic, probably watch that every time I play it. It wont kill them to wait, especially if its my first time to see the scene...I do skip text it if I seen it before. No one should feel bad for watching, and enjoying to do so...The story, cut scene movies are always so epic in FF...wish they were longer.

If they give me that much grief when I get there I'll tell them to stuff it. I'm watching them all once, and chances are I'll never see the impatient fools again. If you're in a hurry to farm your brains out and don't want to bother getting a static or FC friends that's fine, but that doesn't entitle you to ruin my fun :P

I will watch the cutscenes as they happen, and any a-hole who tries to rush me or insult me, just gets ignored/blacklisted and will sit and wait while they have an aneurysm. I'm playing the game as it was designed, and if you don't like it, disband, If I can't go on without you, I will get in the queue again and do FATE's or my Hunters Log in the mean time, screw you, I'm enjoying what I paid for. Not my fault you're trying to max out during your free 30 day period.
It's called common courtesy, and if its the first time it's pointed out to you in any form of interaction with people, then you're a sad and pathetic individual

I have seen the "Skip" crowd in a number of games (star wars, guild wars, vindictus) and my answer is always the same. I will skip them after i have seen em all the first time. Having the inn is nice but i agree that it's not the same. However i also agree that the timer should pause while some one is watching it and have the door locked so the party couldn't abuse the paused timer.

What people don't realize is that you can't watch cut scenes from Praetorium in your Inn. So you're going to call someone rude for wanting to enjoy content in a game that they paid for? If you're looking for a speed run, or a dungeon under specific conditions create your own group, don't PUG up with random people and then call them rude for not obliging your needs.

I do Praetorium all the time myself for the Tombstones, but it really doesn't bother me that they like watching the cut scenes. I'm happy that they're enjoying the game, and sometimes half my group is talking about the story or other stuff from the dungeon. I hate when someone comes in and tries to push everyone else around because they just want to get their stones and leave.

Seriously, how long are the cut scenes on average? 40-60 seconds? Not being 50 yet, I haven't experienced this myself but I am already out of patience for people like this. Anyone watching the cut scene is obviously new to the dungeon and doing it for the story. Give them a break. Anyone who calls it "rude" can go suck an egg.

I watched all the cut-scenes during my first run of the story, all people can do is moan, its not going to effect you, plus it just crushes their souls when all their provocations fall of deaf ears.

Look you're the one enjoying the game. If you want to watch the cutscenes please do. Enjoy them! And if someone tries to piss on that then tell them to bug off.
