Spending guild marks...

Just how useful is Elemental Shroud and Nature's Fury? I've already purchased Fastcast and sitting on 12k marks at R25. Should I save the marks and get the R40 one?

Nature's Fury is decent...kind of like an AOE Spirit Dart. Unfortunately it uses too much stamina to be used as anything other than an opener stacked with Profundity. I bought it as soon as it became available and have used it a grand total of 4 times since then...

Elemental Shroud is basically the Conjurer equivalent of Silhouette, but unfortunately the hate mechanics are so screwed up at the moment that a hate reduction ability is simply not worth the Guildmarks until SE gets things sorted out.

One with Nature on the other hand will benefit you whenever using a Conjurer spell on another class, so I would make this a priority over both Shroud and Fury. Unless you are planning on sticking with Conj main for the forseable future.

This is all my opinion of course. Chances are you'll have more than enough Guildmarks by the time you hit 50 to end up with all of them. I currently have 16k extra Conjurer marks after purchasing everything but the stat conversion traits.
