I don't think you understand, they are using the queue system and turning it on and off to throttle the logins to prevent servers from capping out, so the queues are not active all the time as a counter measure to the extreme traffic. I understand the concept of queues quite well thanks, and they are operating correctly - while they are actually turned on.

As for their lobby server, it's done pretty well considering that it's effectively been under DDOS attack since launch by virtue of the extreme demands placed on it.
