They tested everything. the way that the queue works with FFXIV is that if there are place(s) available, you will be queued. If the world is literally full, you're given an informational message that tells you the world is full. I mean, if the world is full, the world is full, a queue won't help with that, all it will do is prevent you from having to actively attempt to login again.
His whole point is he doesn't want to have to click to log in over and over. Regardless if the world is full, build a queue. They say they will be happy if they can just see the number... even if they they are 10,000 and wait for 3 hours thats better than pushing a button over and over again for three hours...

Have patience. Read the notes... If half you people who are QQ'ing about not being able to log in would STOP slamming/spamming the login server and such I bet things would already be going slightly smoother. Give square time to do their updates, they did not expect this game to have such a huge player base from the start and now they have to make up for that.

Also, we are all losing "valuable time" from our 30 day free trial period.. but it's just that a FREE trial period. We didn't pay for it, therefore you aren't losing anything. We're lucky square is even being nice enough to give us time vouchers according to the EULA they could have just said. "You agreed to dealing with downtime and issues so deal with it and we'll fix it when we fix it." Instead Yoshi has apologized and offered things in return. Stop hating on this company that is trying really hard to please lots of immature and impatient people.
