[PS3] [EU] Final Fantasy XIV: ARR (Digital Download)

Does anyone know if the FFXIV: ARR will be available any time soon ( like tommorrow? September 4th / 5th ) on [EU / PT] PS Store for Digital Download?
I've had some issues like I couldnt find Collector's ed. / Standard Final Fantasy XIV on my Portuguese Playstation Store [PT], My friend has a [NA] Account so he said that Final Fantasy XIV is there but unavailable for purchase.
Although when I go to the [EU / PT] Store I can't find it in the search option and on the 27th ( August ) I didn't find it too.
Aswell i remember that the one's that purchased the Final Fantasy XIV Digital Download had some issues to syncronize their accounts because it says that they didn't purchase the game when they did, has it been fixed already?

I haven't been able to play since 31 August so I wish I could play it asap.
Not going to cry on the foruns, just hoping they all do their best to get this working asap.

PS: Since I couldnt play the game because of they halting the Digital Download sales am I still going to recieve the 7-day Free Trial ?
