Skipped over in the Queue

Well every other time I have seen that I have hit ok tried to log in again and then the number has gone down, I''m on PS3 I don't think it auto refreshes.

Edit: To clarify I'm not sure how the PC logging in works but on the PS3 when you get he 1017 it takes you back to the start/opening movie screen. If you get the queue message it takes you to the character select screen. When I get the queue message I just hit ok and select my char again to try to log in again i don't ever back out of the character select screen.

Sounds just like the PC version, and when you get that box that says the queue, I'm pretty sure the button for it also says 'ok'. I know it's a little confusing, but clicking that is akin to leaving the queue. You aren't supposed to try to login again after you get to that message, just let it sit on that and watch it, it should eventually update (decreasing the queue line) until it logs you in.
