    Original 1.0 CE Edition registered as Standard

    I bought the original 1.0 Collector's Edition and registered using the key provided and gave my buddy key to a friend. I also registered the Onion Helm to my account. However, I just noticed that my game is not registered as a Collector's Edition, but rather a Standard edition. Is there any way to get this fixed? Or do I have to buy the Digital upgrade?

    My boyfriend is in the same boat. We both bought 1.0 CE and only mine is showing up as CE. I got all of my in game items today & he did not. It also says 'Standard' instead of CE on his account. I'm hoping they will fix this issue soon!

    what do u mean when you check to see if it is collectors or standard?

    in the SE account management page it will not say you have the collectors edition. There are only 2 ways to tell if you have the collectors edition,

    #1 if you have used the onion helm code on your account
    #2 SE can tell you have the collectors edition internally based on the reg. code you used.

    Possibly same issue

    Yeah, on Aug. 23rd I had noticed my account for 1.0 suddenly changed to standard. I sent an email immediately to Square about that, as it seems they must of gotten it in time. When I checked again my account was restored back to collector's edition even in the new mog station shows collector's.

    Just waiting for download to finish to log in and check if I was awarded my items.

    Update:
    Yep, got in and I got my goodies. I'm happy, sorry to hear what happened to others exactly what I could see coming with data maintenance. Cannot say that I am surprised by it, moving data how I guess they did it was bound for a few outliers to occur.

    When you log into the old service website under the registered items it would say "Final Fantasy XIV (Collector's Edition)" meaning you have the collector's edition. In Mog Station it does the same, here is an example of a Collector's Edition.

    So I finally received a reply from Square's Customer Support about this issue and they are directing me to either Chat Support or through a Phone Call. How do I get to the Chat Support page? I can't find it on the Customer Service page. When I submit a ticket all I get is Email Support.
