SUGGESTION - Attribute Transparency

Hi there,

As a gamer that likes to weigh out my options when it comes to gear, I like to know more specifically what each attribute is offering me. I find that, currently, with no transparency on what each rating point per attribute gives me, it's very difficult to understand the value of those attributes on my character.

Right now, any choice I make feels relatively meaningless. Not only do I not know how much "+2 Determination" or "+2 Accuracy" actually amounts to, but I don't even know what my current values in those attributes amount to... in this case, perhaps +2 Determination might prove to be a much larger benefit to my character than the +2 Accuracy. I have no way to tell.

Unless, perhaps, this is already in the game hidden behind a configuration option or something of the sort? If so, can someone enlighten me to where I'd find it?
