    tired of support saying nothing

    It is kinda frustrating.ppls who bought game even some time after release can play now.When i still cant get my pre-ordered(long time ago) from local resseeller.And it is not their fault but square forbidding shipments her due to thier server pro0blems.So how long should i w8 now.Cant get it cant buy it somewhere else now.And they still say nothing about this situation.not sure if i even get 7 days refung cause i dont know when i get damn box

    Today I did 4 attempts to chat with a representative online while I was at work, each attempt had me on queue for over 2 hours, and when it was my turn same "Status: Canceled, no agents available, try again later"....

    My tickets have no answer still and it has been WAY over 48 hours for both of them... (the "estimated" response time)


    really, what's going on....? This is getting very, very annoying.

    No game, no word from SE, no nothing..

    I should add another 3 attempts to talk with customer support via chat, all three over 2 hours queue, and cancelled when it was my turn.
