Today I did 4 attempts to chat with a representative online while I was at work, each attempt had me on queue for over 2 hours, and when it was my turn same "Status: Canceled, no agents available, try again later"....
My tickets have no answer still and it has been WAY over 48 hours for both of them... (the "estimated" response time)
really, what's going on....? This is getting very, very annoying.
No game, no word from SE, no nothing..
