    My game isn't home yet..

    Greetings.

    I started playing FFXIV with my wife since the beta 3, I used our computer and she used our PS3.

    When we decided to buy it and pre order it I asked for a Digital download for my computer, and a phisical copy for the Ps3, since there was no "digital download" pre order for the ps3. Of course our best bet was to order from SE online, since is their game, right?

    we did this on Aug 19th..

    Today is Sept 9th. I opened two tickets, none of them have been answered by the customer support...

    At the moment I'm very dissapointed, I can't play with my wife, I have no answer from the support team... and now that it was announced that we are going to get 7 "free" days for the terrible issues that have been happening since Beta 4... I am going to miss that too.. because my copy isn't here yet..

    Can I have an answer yet? I want my game... actually eff my game, I want my CDKey so I can play with my wife.

    So far I payed for 2 games (one Collector and one regular) and I'm not enjoying any of them, because I don't want to leave my wife behind.

    I would really appreciate an answer.

    Not the issue I don't think, he ordered it prior to digital downloads being suspended, I believe he is still entitled to his key.

    Yeah.. I got my digital download right away. Issue is my phisical copy for the PS3

    I wouldn't worry about it! Unless you really like login screens the game isn't all that fun

    If you ordered it from square they probably stopped all physical copies being mailed alongside the stop of digital. Check where you ordered look for a tracking number. Check your spam folder as a lot of SE emails seem to be winding up there. I've seen this complaint before of packages being sent back to digital river or something like that the retailer for SE

    Almos same here.Pre-ordered pc collector edition before start,played some time with pre-order code and now waiting for game to come in shop.Now i am sad that i didnt just bought digital version(

    Check ups.com tracking info. Also hear that findmyorder link not working and being bogus. If you can I would try contacting digital river that's the online store for them and canceling and purchasing at a GameStop or something. Can always digital upgrade to CE for in game items.


    Depending on method of shipping USPS may have the info too.

    Actually ups or usps wouldn't be able to do shit for him. Maybe you should reread his post, the physical copy he got was for the PS3 which he has already received. He has not received his cd-key for the Digital Download Collector's Edition. The problem with contact customer support is that right now they are probably swamped with tickets. I submitted one a couple of days ago because it looks like they may have double charged my card, also had one from tuesday that I had to reopen to try to get a friend's toon back neither of which have been answered yet. Your best bet is to try to get a chat session opened with a rep.

    The way you do this is you go click on the Square Enix link in the upper left-hand corner, then click support, click Square ENIX Accout twice, and then contact. Eork through like you are going to open a ticket: First select Account/Billing, then Pricing and Payment, finally complete the process and instead of just email support you will get a Chat support button as well. If that doesn't work, I would try calling them as well.


    Also if you can check your credit card statement online, I would look to see if you have been charged for the digital collectors edition.
