Trouble creating a thread

I would like a make suggestion, but I can't create a thread.

I run into problems in game and I can't find a post on the forums to help me. There are days in a row where I am unable to make any replies on any post because I get a message saying I have reached my daily limit.

(This excludes Technical Support but not New Players and Bug Reports)

You are not at lvl 30. I don't have the original post, but you need to be a certain class level in game before you can post in the other forums
