queue system not working/runtime errors

Without looking into this further, I would say look at the network connections. This game is based mainly in the cloud. So i would start troubleshooting with the network. Check to make sure you have the latest network card drivers. Check both cables are in good working order, If your using wireless, then my professional opinion would be change to cable ASAP, and try get an internal network that runs at least 1GB. Also on that subject, make sure your internet speed is up to scratch.

That's where i would start anyways. Failing that run the game with task manager open on the performance tab.

P.S As you should be aware, everyone is having trouble logging in, So maybe it clear up for you after the 4th
