None of them. They all, literally, are at maximum capacity. Even Japanese servers during their peak hours. Trust me, there's no single server that's better to log into than another right now.

However, after the maintenance today, all servers will open up to let more people in. And if you want a new server to join, why not join Leviathan? We may be a more popular server, but there's a lot of nice people.... same for one certain Free Company. :I
