    How do you contact live chat

    I submitted a help ticket with an issue my reply said it can not be done via email only live chat but when resubmitting my ticket as requested I only get the option for email support. How can I get the live chat option to show up as a contact us option?

    It's an option on the support page when you're creating the ticket. It appears on the side.

    ok found the option and they cancelled my chat after waiting for 2 hours.... what kind of crap service is this

    I would recomend that instead of live chat you do phone support, (they fixed my problem fast), the number is (310) 846-0345, the hours are 9am-6pm PST

    Phone support has been busy tone for the last 4hrs spam calling them live chat has kicked me off 4 times now with no reply just cancelled in the status box... this companies customer service has always been bad but this is beyond a joke.
