Queue vs. Error 1017

You're right, it doesn't make sense, but it's exactly what's happening. The queue should work that every person over the pop limit gets in line, but that's not what it's doing it's behaving as if there's a soft limit that allows a queue and a hard one that brings up 1017. When the hard limit of people in the world is reached it's dropping 1017 on the rest of the people in the queue. Nearly every 1017 thread I've read has at least a few people who mention getting 1017'ed from a queue. It happens to me so frequently that I barely even notice it anymore.

Yeah this has happened to me too. And I was like 12 in queue.
