That doesn't make any sense as the point of a queue is for people trying to log in past the pop limit. I just think they have very low queues because queues on login are stressing the queues on duty finder thus double stressing and crashing stuff.THey set up a queue, but when the servers were still crashing they also set up an artificial population limit. So when the servers are over populated you get the 1017 error. When pop drops you get queued up, though the queue mechanic is messed up because it shouldn't ever allow a queue higher than the pop limit which it seems to do because you can get queued and then get a 1017.
